Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items without original packaging
• Custom or personalized items
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago

How to Return

To initiate a return:

2. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first. We'll process the exchange once we receive your returned item, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank. If the problem persists, contact us.
